I work with sponsors and senior leaders on platform migrations, AI rollouts, regulatory change, and the transformations where the human side has to work. Not programme management. The outside view your own team can't give you.
I go into organisations running a change programme and find out what their own people won't tell them, then I tell the sponsor, while there's still time to act on it.
written off every year by large UK firms on transformation and AI work that fails to deliver. Around 2.5% of annual revenue.
of leaders say their own status reports paint a rosier picture than the facts support.
say staff stay silent about programmes they can see are failing.
The research published this year by Emergn, Gartner and the government's own major projects authority points to a pattern that every sponsor recognises, even if they haven't named it yet.
Only 7% of UK leaders say every AI programme is formally tracked and reported to the board. In the US it is 20%. Eleven per cent admit no formal tracking at all, and 27% have kept a programme running purely because of what had already been spent.
Employees are learning to perform adoption without genuinely changing how they work. Gartner calls it performative participation, its headline change concern for the year, and it is invisible to any dashboard that measures completion rather than behaviour.

A clear written account of what's actually happening in your organisation, gathered directly, without the usual filtering.
What's really driving the problem, not the symptom everyone's been managing around for the last two years.
Specific, doable recommendations. Not a framework. Not a roadmap slide. What to actually do next.
The Ground Truth Scorecard. Twelve statements about the programme you are running or sponsoring, answered honestly rather than aspirationally. It takes three minutes and it runs right here on this page. You get a score, a read on where your blind spots sit, and nothing to download.
Short, fixed scope engagements. Not programme management. The outside perspective that surfaces what your own team can't.
Independent programme reality assessment, fixed fee, mostly remote with targeted interviews and observation. What leadership believes, what the organisation believes, where those versions collide, key risks, recommended actions.
Monthly independent perspective for sponsors running significant change. One 90 minute session a month, ad hoc access by email. Three month minimum, then rolling.
For sub-contracted or direct client engagements outside the standard offers above.
Tell me in a sentence what you're working on. I'll come back to you within a working day. No pitch, no 45 minute discovery call that tells you what you already know.
